Usually in a couple relationship one person is the pursuer and one is the distancer. In couples therapy, it's pretty easy to
figure out who plays these roles. The pursuer is the one who tends to
brings up issues in hopes of resolving them, or at least making some progress. The distancer, on the other hand, typically
would rather not talk about the relationship, believing that everything is fine (or at least good enough) as it is.
I'm available to talk. Call me at 925-351-8447.
